Monthly Pay: $5,100 - $5,700 USD per month Summary: Coordinate day-to-day business operations for a customer-facing financial services team, keeping service requests, account maintenance forms, and operational records moving through defined workflows. This fully remote, full-time associate role partners with service representatives, vendors, and operations leads to maintain dependable turnaround and clear handoffs. Job Responsibilities: Monitor request queues and route account updates, forms, and exceptions. Check submissions for required information before operational handoffs. Maintain workflow trackers and current standard operating procedures. Coordinate vendor follow-ups, service representatives, and operations leads. Compile weekly volumes, turnaround trends, and unresolved items. Escalate processing barriers and document resolution steps. Qualifications: Associate-level operations or administrative support experience is helpful. Familiarity with workflow tools, shared queues, and spreadsheets. Ability to follow procedures and recognize incomplete requests. Sound judgment when handling customer account information. Comfortable coordinating priorities across distributed teams. Organized written updates and dependable follow-through. Remote-first work environment. Role-specific systems and workflow training. Clear operating procedures and regular feedback.
