Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• At least 1 year of home health experience

Assignment Details

• Coverage area includes Centralia and surrounding areas
• No on-call or weekend requirement
• Mileage is reimbursed between patient visits, not from home to the first or last patient
• Dress code includes navy blue scrubs or a navy blue top with khaki shorts
