VP of Marketing

Clearwater Living is seeking a strategic, results-driven Vice President of Marketing to lead enterprise marketing and accelerate occupancy, resident acquisition, revenue, and brand growth across our portfolio. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, this leader will guide a high-performing team and partner with sales, operations, Talent Acquisition, and community leaders to turn business priorities into measurable results. This position is west coast based with up to 20% travel Clearwater Living team members enjoy great benefits:

• Set and execute enterprise marketing strategy, priorities, budgets, and performance goals.
• Drive qualified leads, tours, move-ins, occupancy, revenue, and return on marketing investment.
• Lead, coach, and develop the marketing team, creating clear accountability and a results-focused culture.
• Partner with sales and community leaders to optimize the customer journey and strengthen local-market performance.
• Oversee brand, digital marketing, paid media, SEO, social media, content, communications, reputation, and community marketing.
• Advance CRM, marketing automation, analytics, reporting, and AI-enabled tools to improve engagement and efficiency.
• Develop strategies for new openings, acquisitions, lease-ups, repositioning efforts, and underperforming communities.
• Lead recruitment marketing and employer-brand efforts in partnership with Talent Acquisition.
• Manage agencies, vendors, and the marketing budget while establishing scalable standards and processes.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, ideally in senior living, hospitality, healthcare, real estate, or another consumer-focused industry.
• Proven success driving revenue, lead generation, occupancy, and brand growth through integrated marketing strategies.
• Expertise in digital marketing, demand generation, CRM, analytics, marketing technology, budgeting, and agency management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams and influence across executive, enterprise, and local stakeholders.
• Strong business acumen, communication, presentation, project management, and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Travel to communities, offices, conferences, and business meetings, including occasional overnight travel. About 20% Travel
