Bilingual (Spanish & English) Personal Lines Account Manager
Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Bilingual (Spanish & English) Personal Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role is ideal for a professional who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service and has a strong understanding of personal lines insurance. The successful candidate will work in a collaborative and relaxed office environment, managing small personal accounts, including farm and agricultural policies.
Compensation Package

• Salary : $55,000 - $65,000 annually (based on experience)
• Hourly Rate : Starting at $25+ per hour

Responsibilities

• Manage a book of business with approximately $2.5 million in premiums.
• Handle small personal line accounts, including farm and agricultural policies.
• Review insurance policies and prepare certificates of insurance.
• Communicate effectively with customers to address inquiries and provide solutions.
• Collaborate with insurance carriers to facilitate renewals and obtain renewal quotes.
• Quote new business (20%) and renewal business (80%).
• Utilize AMS360 software for account management (training provided if necessary).

Qualifications/Requirements

• Language Skills : Must be bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Licenses : Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license in Washington State.
• Experience :
  • Open to candidates with 0-5 years of experience.
  • Candidates with 5+ years of experience will be considered for higher compensation.
• Technical Skills : Familiarity with AMS360 software is preferred but not required (training available).
• Soft Skills :
  • Easy-going and adaptable personality.
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
