Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Counselor, you will:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your caseload will include a diverse array of clients, each presenting unique challenges and backgrounds, ranging from anxiety and depression to relationship issues and life transitions. Qualifications\n

Candidates must possess:

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to build meaningful therapeutic alliances with clients remotely.

• Empathy, compassion, and a deep understanding of the various mental health challenges clients encounter.

• Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to time management to efficiently handle sessions and documentation.

Compensation and Benefits\n
