We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a Technician II for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in Coralville, IA, 52241. Details of the position are as follows:

Job Description:

Pay: $27.64/hr to start!
6- month assignment with the possibility of extension or conversion based on budget and performance.
Shift:
- Overnight, 6:00pm- 6:30am, Friday- Sunday.
Position will mainly be responsible for performing manufacturing activities to transform raw materials into final products, including decontamination processes, product transfers, and maintenance connection software.
Responsibilities also include operating laboratory instruments required to complete manufacturing tasks while following work instructions, SOPs, customer-specific requirements, and company policies and procedures.
Position will also be responsible for supporting daily management activities by assessing operational data, identifying opportunities for problem solving, recommending countermeasures, and using data-driven insights to improve processes.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma, Associates, or Bachelors degree is required.
Experience mixing or formulating chemicals in a lab/ manufacturing environment is required.
Basic chem/math skills, such as unit conversions and PH adjustments is required.
Experience with chemical waste disposal and handling is required.
Ability to comfortable handle 50-100 lbs. and wear a respirator is required.
