Care Professionals Needed (Vancouver area) Washington State Certified CNA and HCA
SYNERGY HomeCare of Vancouver is seeking compassionate, reliable care professionals who hold a valid Washington State CNA or HCA license . We are hiring for a full-time position for a weekday 12-hour shift.

Responsibilities include:
Providing companionship and social engagement
Assisting with personal care as needed
Light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders and transportation to appointments/errands
Maintaining professional communication with clients, families, and team members
Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts
We offer:
Competitive pay: $21.00–$23.00 per hour (based on level of care)
Mileage reimbursement ($.70 per mile)
Paid orientation and ongoing training
Paid sick time and PTO (after 90 days)
Time-and-a-half pay for overtime and holidays

Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year caregiving experience
Valid Washington State CNA or HCA license
CPR/First Aid and Food Handler Card (obtainable within 30 days of hire)
Driver’s license and auto insurance
