How you create impact Conduct quality audits on warehouse processes (receiving, picking, packing, shipping) to ensure compliance with company and customer standards. Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy by identifying discrepancies, performing root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions. Ensure adherence to Kuehne + Nagel’s Quality, Safety, Health, and Environment (QSHE) policies and procedures. Document audit findings, prepare reports, and track KPIs, escalating issues and recommending process improvements. Collaborate with operations teams to provide training, reinforce best practices, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Verify documentation accuracy, including inbound/outbound paperwork and system transactions (WMS/SAP). Support cycle counts, physical inventories, and compliance audits as required.
