Registered Dental Hygienist

Overview Pay range $XX-XX per hour, negotiable based on experience. Up to $10,000 sign‑on or relocation bonus for full‑time and $5,000 for part‑time. Provide compassionate care to every patient. Perform scaling, prophylaxis, X‑rays, application of sealants and fluoride, and related procedures. Offer same‑day care options where possible. Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene instruction. Assess patient dental condition and needs, review medical histories. Adhere to all government regulations and company standards. Guide parents and patients through the entire treatment process. Assist with dental and periodontal charting when necessary. Take and process X‑rays into patient charts when necessary. Provide memorable patient experiences by demonstrating compassion. Qualifications Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing. CPR (BLS) certification from ARC or AHA, including hands‑on skill assessment at hire. Strong teamwork, mutual respect, and cooperation.
