Duties Greet customers warmly in both languages, ensuring a positive shopping experience from start to finish Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cash, credit, and digital transactions Handle cash handling responsibilities with precision, including giving correct change and balancing registers at shift end Assist customers with product demos and provide knowledgeable upselling to enhance their shopping experience Maintain organized merchandising displays and stock shelves to ensure products are attractive and accessible Conduct regular stocking activities to keep inventory levels optimal and ensure product availability Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when assisting customers via phone or online inquiries Support store operations by supervising team members when needed, ensuring smooth daily functions Skills Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is essential for effective communication with diverse customers Strong retail math skills for accurate cash handling, pricing, and transaction calculations Experience with POS systems and cashiering procedures to streamline checkout processes Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Ability to perform retail sales techniques including upselling and product recommendations Knowledge of merchandising, stocking, and inventory management within a retail pharmacy/healthcare environment Effective communication skills for engaging customers and collaborating with team members Join us and become part of a lively team dedicated to delivering outstanding service!
