Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician for an affordable housing community. You will assist with preventive, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision, and support make-ready activities to meet property objectives. The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
