Responsibilities: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their real estate needs are met with professionalism and care. Leverage our media platform to showcase properties and personal brand, enhancing visibility and market reach. Collaborate with our media team to create compelling marketing materials that highlight the unique features of each listing. Actively pursue new business opportunities by networking and engaging with potential clients in the Ocala area. Provide expert guidance and advice to clients throughout the buying or selling process, ensuring a seamless experience. Stay informed about local market trends and developments to offer clients the most current and relevant information. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve skills and knowledge in real estate sales and marketing strategies. Meet minimum goals for dials, connections, appointments, and contract writing. Qualifications: • • Ability to get Real Estate License. Will train once licensed. • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their needs are met with excellence and professionalism. • Proven track record of showcasing luxury properties, highlighting unique features to drive interest and sales. • Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to secure favorable terms for clients while maintaining integrity. • Familiarity with local real estate market trends and developments to provide clients with informed insights and advice. • Experience collaborating with media teams to create engaging marketing content that enhances personal brand and property listings. • Comfortable participating in media opportunities, such as our Network TV series, to enhance visibility and credibility in the industry. Compensation: $70,000 - $120,000 yearly
