Business Development Executive

Expanding Sonic Boom's market presence, the full-time remote Business Development Executive will identify and develop revenue opportunities, manage relationships with consulting firms, and drive sales through a consultative approach. Key responsibilities Identify and win new business opportunities while expanding market presence Lead the full sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, and closing contracts Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and clients to drive retention and growth Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred 5+ years of sales industry experience 3+ years in the insurance/benefit, healthcare, or wellness sales industry Experience with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce Strong proposal writing and presentation skills
