Department: Global Holdings - Central Intelligence Unit (CIU)
Reports To: Senior Cybersecurity Architect
Position Type: Internship
Location: On-Site
Position Summary
Entry-level internship supporting the CIU team with day-to-day security operations. The intern will assist with phishing triage, help desk ticket review, and threat escalation under the direction of the Senior Cybersecurity Architect.

Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities
• Manage and triage submissions in KnowBe4 PhishER, classify reported emails as threat or benign
• Review incoming Help Desk tickets for potential security indicators
• Escalate confirmed or suspected threats to the Senior Cybersecurity Architect with a clear summary
• Document actions taken by team procedures

Key Requirements
Required Qualifications
• Enrolled in or recently completed a degree or certification program in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field
• Basic understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS,
• Candidates should demonstrate foundational knowledge in networking, systems, and security concepts.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
