Role Overview:
The Operations division plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient settlement and recording of daily transactions, mitigating operational risks, fostering client relationships, and leveraging technology for optimal IT solutions. The department is dedicated to continuous improvement and supports the development of new business ventures, structures, and markets.
Key Responsibilities:

• Validate and update client data using authorized sources.
• Maintain compliance with policy guidelines for client data accuracy.
• Manage regulatory identifiers and client documentation for the Customer Identification Program (CIP).
• Analyze processes and contribute to improvement initiatives.
• Generate data reports related to process volumes, risk, and quality.
• Coordinate with Business Units for Anti-Money Laundering documentation and clarify requirements.
• Address and resolve issues in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Complete tasks as directed by supervisors.

Qualifications:

• In-depth knowledge of KYC and AML Compliance within the U.S. Banking sector.
• Strong grasp of Client Onboarding processes and KYC/AML documentation for various entities.
• Familiarity with financial products across business lines.
• Excellent communication skills and ethical conduct.
• Ability to manage work tasks responsibly and within deadlines.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• Capable of handling multiple tasks under pressure.
