Responsibilities

• Rough and finish carpentry on residential remodeling projects
• Framing, siding, and interior/exterior trim
• Air-sealing and insulation work
• Light concrete and painting
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized job site
• Collaborating with the crew and communicating clearly about progress and problems

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in any phase of residential carpentry
• Reliable — show up on time, every time
• Hard-working, self-motivated, and always learning
• Works well with a team
• References required
• Valid driver's license and dependable transportation to job sites across the Eastern Shore
