Responsibilities The Nurse Practitioner focuses on providing general care to patients of all ages, with utmost patience, care, compassion and understanding. Perform tasks within their scope of practice which may include conducting tests, recording medical histories, providing treatments, assisting physicians and enhancing public awareness on the importance of health, and prescribing medications. Highlights: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm No weekends Full-spectrum family medicine see 18-24 patients/day Epic EMR Clinic in St. Joseph Medical Center Compensation and Benefits: Salaried position (amount commensurate with experience) CME allowance Generous PTO Retirement Plan Medical, dental, vision, life insurance and more Medical malpractice insurance including tail coverage Qualifications Education and Work Experience MSN with specialization as an ARNP. Current state license as an Advanced Practice Nurse. BLS upon hire and maintain current. One to two years of experience as a nurse practitioner preferred.
