Estate Ambassador
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Estate Ambassador to join our team. We are looking for polished, team-oriented professionals to help us deliver exceptional wine experiences to our guests in this beautiful, essentially brand-new setting.
As an Estate Ambassador, you will provide engaging, educational, and memorable wine tastings and tours. You will have the opportunity to showcase our premium wines, share the history and story of our estate, and offer personalized recommendations based on guest preferences. You will also assist in hosting private events, wine dinners, and other exclusive experiences.
This position requires a passion for wine, outstanding communication skills, and a strong commitment to world-class hospitality. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in luxury hospitality or wine education, a robust understanding of wine production and varietals, and a natural ability to create meaningful connections with guests.

Responsibilities
- Conduct wine tastings and estate tours, delivering in-depth knowledge of our wines, vineyards, and winemaking philosophy.
- Educate guests on the history of the Winery.
- Promote wine sales, wine club memberships, and future visits through authentic relationship-building.
- Generate wine sales through onsite channels, outbound phone sales, and RedChirp, ensuring a smooth guest experience and follow-up.
- Assist in executing private events, wine dinners, and other special experiences.
- Set up and break down tasting areas, including preparing and presenting culinary bites, pouring wines, and buffing glassware.
- Maintain a pristine, welcoming tasting environment and uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization.
- Collaborate with the hospitality team to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Represent the winery with professionalism, warmth, and enthusiasm.

Requirements
- Previous experience in wine hospitality, luxury guest services, or wine education.
- Strong knowledge of wine production, Napa Valley varietals, and global wine regions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Motivated by sales goals with a demonstrated ability to drive purchases and club sign-ups.
- Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and occasional evenings for events.
-Days off will most likely be Tuesday/Wednesday
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Valid and clean California driver’s license.
- Certification in wine education (e.g., WSET, CMS, CSW) preferred.
- Experience with RedChirp or similar guest communication platforms is a plus.

Compensation
- $28.00 – $32.00 per hour, depending on experience.
- Additional earning potential through tips, wine sales commissions, and wine club sign-up commissions.
