Job Description: The Assistant Manager is responsible for overseeing the Sterile Processing Department. This role requires both sterile processing department staff experience and managerial skills. Staff will be expected to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety in the department. Teamwork and collaboration with other departments are essential for success. Candidates should be comfortable working in an acute care setting. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient operations within the department. All candidates must hold the necessary certification. The position involves a significant level of responsibility and leadership. BLS certification is a mandatory requirement for this role.
