As an Access Control Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will help manage entry points, verify credentials, monitor access activity, and support a secure environment for employees and visitors. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $16.50 / Hour Job Schedule: Fri 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM Sat 12:00 PM - 12:00 AM Sun 12:00 PM - 12:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate. Monitor and control access to manufacturing and industrial facilities by verifying identification, visitor authorization, and access credentials in accordance with site requirements. Maintain accurate visitor, contractor, and vehicle entry records, issue temporary access credentials as directed, and communicate access concerns to site contacts. Respond to incidents, access-related concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures. Conduct regular and random patrols of entry points, parking areas, production-adjacent spaces, and the business perimeter to help deter unauthorized access. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
