Line Attendant

Job Requirements DESCRIPTION 3RD SHIFT LINE ATTENDANT (SUNDAY - THURSDAY) 10:30PM-6:30AM Overview As a Line Attendant, you will be responsible for preparing and feeding product into packaging equipment, inspecting product and packaging, and packing cases with finished goods cheese. Some production lines also require stacking cases on pallets. The position requires frequent reaching, grasping, lifting, and carrying. Responsibilities Prepare and feed product into packaging equipment Inspect product and packaging for quality and correctness Pack cases with finished goods cheese Stack cases on pallets when required Operate and monitor robotic case packers, erectors, sealers, and moving belts Follow safety warnings and directives related to machinery and production processes Maintain a clean, cool, and smoke‑free work environment Qualifications Proven team player with the ability to work independently as a problem solver Ability to lift, carry, push, and stack up to 45 lbs Experience with automation and robotics is a plus Strong reading comprehension of packaging and labeling information Effective communication skills with diverse coworkers Consistent and reliable attendance to maintain adequate staffing levels Compensation Base rate: $22.93 per hour. 90‑day increase: $24.33. 1‑year increase: $24.79. Shift differential: $1.00 per hour.
