Fitness Trainer

Position: Personal Trainer Location: Sherwood, OR 97140 Type: Full Time Job Summary Planet Fitness is looking for a Personal Trainer to deliver fitness instruction, manage the View email address on click.appcast.io program, provide superior customer service, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment for our members. Planet Fitness View email address on click.appcast.io Program Manage View email address on click.appcast.io programs and create workout routines for members. Consult with members about their training goals and instruct them on how to use the equipment correctly and safely. Create bi‑weekly updates consisting of a variety of exercises. Customer Service and Reception Activities Greet members and guests, providing exceptional customer service and making them feel welcome and comfortable. Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with a variety of questions. Check‑in members, tour prospects, register new members, record services provided, and communicate updates and events to members and guests. Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Make sales of beverages and merchandise using the point‑of‑sale system. Member Accounts Use the point‑of‑sale system to assist with new membership cards, address changes, and billing or payment questions. Cleaning and Maintenance of the Club Keep reception and entrance areas clean and orderly. Perform regular facility cleaning and maintenance such as wiping liquid spills under equipment, removing trash, cleaning windows and mirrors, and repositioning weights. Periodically clean all exercise equipment and the BCM Spa area. Regularly ensure restrooms are clean, stocked, and clutter‑free by following a routine cleaning schedule.
