Heroes Restaurant & Brewery, located in the heart of Riverside, CA, is looking for a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our kitchen team. What You'll Be DoingAs a Line Cook at Heroes Restaurant & Brewery, you’ll play a key role in delivering the high-quality food our guests know and love. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and cooking menu items according to recipes and standards.
- Ensuring food is cooked to perfection and presented beautifully.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workstation throughout your shift.
- Following all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
- Assisting with prep work, inventory, and other kitchen duties as needed.
We’re searching for someone with the following qualifications and skills:
- At least 1 year of experience working as a line cook or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A team player with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
- Commitment to upholding food safety and cleanliness standards.
