A Florida-based non-profit organization is looking to add a Compliance Specialist resource to their Compliance Team. This role is an entry-level position and will include lots of training and development. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing documents as part of a reference check regarding member's eligibility for scholarship through the organization. This role deals with analyzing validation documents such as proof of enrollment in school and other sensitive information. Key attention to detail and strong work ethic is required to be successful in this role. Your main responsibility will be analyzing the validation documents, however you will be involved with other parts of the organization and held to responsibilities as seen fit. Job Logistics: This role is fully remote operating on EST time zone. The role is a 6-month contract to hire. The pay rate starts at $16-$17/hour. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Eligibility to enroll in the 401(k)-retirement plan begins after 90 days of employment.
