What You'll Do Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and online chat Assist customers with questions, concerns, and order-related inquiries Troubleshoot issues and provide timely, professional solutions Escalate complex situations to the appropriate department when needed Maintain accurate customer records and documentation Work an 8-hour shift Monday through Friday, scheduled between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM based on business needs What You'll Need Previous customer service experience in a high volume call center, customer support environment Strong communication and problem-solving skills Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems and Microsoft Office applications Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and team-oriented mindset Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Why Join?
