ExecuSource is representing a well-established company in the Greenville/Piedmont area that is actively hiring two Customer Service Representatives to support increased business demands. These positions begin on a temporary basis but offer a strong opportunity for permanent hire, career growth, and future advancement for top performers.

What You'll Do

Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and online chat
Assist customers with questions, concerns, and order-related inquiries
Troubleshoot issues and provide timely, professional solutions
Escalate complex situations to the appropriate department when needed
Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
Work an 8-hour shift Monday through Friday, scheduled between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM based on business needs

What You'll Need

Previous customer service experience in a high volume call center, customer support environment
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems and Microsoft Office applications
Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and team-oriented mindset
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
