Job Overview Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store are an integral part of the Retail Team responsible for bringing the T‑Mobile brand to life within National Sales partner locations, where active customer engagement is crucial for success. They are ambassadors who create energy and excitement around our products and services. Mobile Associates excel at building and deepening relationships with customers through meaningful interactions, identifying customer needs and recommending solutions. The role focuses on sales excellence, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and meeting quality of sale metrics. Job Responsibilities Proactively engage with a broad range of customers in a high‑traffic retail environment, using digital tools to educate and showcase the value of T‑Mobile solutions. Leverage digital self‑serve tools during customer interactions, applying solution‑based selling techniques to demonstrate the value of T‑Mobile products and services. Complete training on the T‑Mobile in‑store experience, new skills, products and processes, and continuously learn to provide the best possible customer experience. Maintain continuous customer obsession: build rapport, trust, and loyalty with every interaction, and follow up with customers to capture referrals and manage Be Back processes. Build relationships with nearby leadership and teams to support the customer experience from account set‑up through device support and account servicing. Education & Work Experience High School Diploma or GED (Required) At least 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a retail environment. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Customer satisfaction: passionate advocate, balanced with performance goals (Required). Team building: willingness to collaborate, share best practices and serve customers (Required). Retail sales: competitive drive and confidence in a fast‑paced environment (Required). Licenses & Certifications At least 18 years of age. Legally authorized to work in the United States. Travel Travel required: No. Compensation Hourly base pay: $18.00, plus $5.00 per hour training pay. Within the first 90 days, Mobile Associates receive on‑the‑job training and are eligible for hourly training pay. After training, promotion to the Mobile Expert role makes the employee eligible for an annualized incentive target of $18,000 per year, with actual incentives varying by performance and full‑time status.
