Marketing Specialist

Marketing Specialist (North America) Veolia Group is a global leader in environmental services, operating across all five continents with nearly 218,000 employees. Specializing in water, energy, and waste management, Veolia designs and implements innovative solutions for decarbonization, depollution, and resource regeneration. Within the Water Technology Business, the Marketing Specialist will focus on organizing and executing multi‑channel and comprehensive marketing plans across industry verticals. Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and execute event logistics and communications for seminars and trade shows, including venue coordination, attendee communications, promotional materials, and post‑event follow‑up. Arrange, facilitate, and manage webinars end‑to‑end – scheduling, platform setup, presenter coordination, live facilitation, recording, metrics tracking, and follow‑up communications to attendees. Create social media posts, short‑form videos, and trade show display materials to support campaigns and events as needed. Use Canva or a similar graphic design tool to produce marketing assets. Manage advertising requirements and submissions to media partners. Utilize the internal processes for marketing plan components, including branding reviews. Track expenses of marketing plans. Understand and track metrics of marketing tactics and measure success. Align work with business priorities and focused growth areas. Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Detail‑oriented, able to meet deadlines and operate under pressure. Experience in a business‑to‑business marketing role. Passion for learning and interest in growing knowledge and skill in marketing, social media, and digital content creation. Self‑starter with a high level of initiative, collaborative, and proven proactive thinking. Proven project and time‑management skills to plan and prioritize multiple activities. Compensation Salary range is $60–70k USD annually, based on individual knowledge, skills, experience, and market conditions. The position includes incentive compensation eligibility and account assignment opportunities.
