Senior Software Engineer

Job Title: Senior Software Engineer Location: San Diego, CA (onsite 5 days per week) Clearance Required: TS/SCI Job Type: Direct Hire Top Skills Bachelors' Degree Agile Software Development Container experience Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience). Twelve or more (12+) years' experience in a software engineering role, preferably within a DoD RDT&E environment. Must have an active DoD Top Secret Security Clearance, with SCI access. Minimum of DoD Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level II Certification (or eligibility). At least 2 years of experience with container orchestration platforms (Red Hat OpenShift, Kubernetes, Docker, Helm). Experience with Virtual Machines (VMWare), AWS, Ansible, and Python. Experience troubleshooting complex operating systems and networks in a RedHat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) environment. Experience researching, analyzing, installing, and testing software updates, patches, and hotfixes.
