Job Description:
We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst to support a CRM transformation project, including migration from a legacy system to Salesforce.
Responsibilities:
- Gather and document business requirements
- Work with stakeholders and business teams
- Perform process mapping (current and future state)
- Support testing and UAT
- Assist in change management
- 6-8+ years of Business Analyst experience
- Strong experience with Salesforce Service Cloud
- Experience in CRM implementations or migrations
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Salesforce certification
