Treasury Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Treasury Specialist to join our client's finance team. This position is responsible for supporting the organization's day-to-day treasury operations, including cash management, cash forecasting, banking activities, and treasury reporting. The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Monitor daily cash balances and prepare cash position reports. Process wire transfers, ACH transactions, and other electronic payments. Assist with short- and long-term cash flow forecasting. Perform bank account reconciliations and resolve outstanding transactions. Maintain bank account documentation, user access, and authorized signers. Prepare treasury reports and analyses for management. Partner with Accounting to support month-end and year-end close activities. Assist with debt administration, covenant reporting, and related documentation. Support foreign currency and international banking activities, as applicable. Help maintain compliance with internal controls and treasury policies. Identify opportunities to improve treasury processes and increase operational efficiency. Work closely with Accounting, FP&A, Tax, Payroll, and external banking partners on treasury-related initiatives. Participate in treasury projects, system implementations, and process improvements. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field. 2–5 years of treasury, accounting, finance, or cash management experience. Strong understanding of cash management, bank reconciliations, and treasury operations. Experience preparing cash flow forecasts and treasury reporting preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP. Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) and treasury management systems is a plus. Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
