Responsibilities

• 2nd and 3rd level support of the SAP systems of AVL in the area of finance modules (FI/CO)
• Processing incoming SAP tickets
• Ongoing system monitoring and optimization of the systems including scheduling and monitoring regularly running background jobs
• Processing SAP Change Requests in the area of finance modules (FI/CO)
• Recording requirements for SAP Change Requests (CRs) together with the AVL business departments
• Developing solution concepts for the recorded requirements for SAP CRs
• Technical implementation of the developed solutions for SAP CRs using customizing and/or ABAP programming
• Supporting the departments in testing the created CRs and documenting the created solution

Requirements

• You have completed training in the fields of computer science or business administration
• You have understanding of accounting processes
• You have SAP customizing knowledge
• Ideally, you already have initial experience with ABAP
• You have solid and broad IT technology knowledge and understanding
• A high level of customer and service orientation is a matter of course for you
• You communicate competently
• You have quick comprehension, analytical thinking, and creative problem-solving skills
• You have the ability to work independently as well as in a team
• You have very good English language skills (German language skills are a plus)
• You enjoy challenges and learning new technologies!
