As a Talent Acquisition Specialist on Fooda's People Team, you will manage the full cycle recruitment process to attract and acquire the strongest talent to Fooda's business verticals. The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent communication, presentation, and time management skills and the proven ability to understand business needs and quickly develop positive relationships at all levels of the organization.

You are an experienced talent acquisition professional with a proven ability to manage full-cycle recruiting while partnering closely with stakeholders to understand evolving business needs. You bring tenure in client-facing role recruitment, while remaining adaptable across a variety of functions.

You are a strong communicator and relationship builder, known for your ability to influence hiring decisions, deliver an excellent candidate experience, and operate effectively in fast-paced environments. You balance execution with strategy, using insights and data to continuously improve your approach.

Own and drive the full-cycle recruitment process for a range of roles, including a focus on Sales and GTM hiring, ensuring a seamless and high-quality candidate experience.

Partner with hiring managers to develop thoughtful hiring strategies, aligned with team goals and broader business priorities.

Build and maintain pipelines of top talent, leveraging proactive sourcing strategies to engage both active and passive candidates.

Provide guidance to hiring managers on interviewing best practices, market insights, and candidate evaluation, helping to drive strong and equitable hiring decisions.

Use recruiting metrics and data to track performance, identify opportunities, and optimize hiring processes.

Prioritize building diverse and inclusive candidate slates, expanding outreach and sourcing strategies to reach a broad talent pool.

Represent Fooda at recruiting events and help strengthen the company's employer brand.

Contribute to ongoing improvements in recruiting processes, tools, and overall talent strategy.

4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including experience supporting operations and client-facing verticals.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.

Demonstrated success managing multiple searches and delivering strong hiring outcomes.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and influence hiring managers.

Ability to use data and metrics to inform recruiting strategies and improve results.

Highly organized and adaptable, with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.

Experience in sales recruiting is a plus.

Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. No phone calls or recruiters please. The salary range for this role is $70,000-$80,000. The salary is dependent on a number of factors including but not limited to: work experience, training, location and skills.
