1st Shift Production Supervisor

A local processing company is looking for a Production Supervisor to join their 1st shift. This person will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety, quality, and efficiency of operations. Reporting directly to the Plant Manager, this person will be responsible for leading and managing a team of production employees to achieve production goals while upholding Core Values and Standard Operating Procedures.

Required Skills & Experience
- At least two years of experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or industrial environment in the metals processing industry. Metals industry experience strongly preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills. Must be able to coach, mentor, and develop team members and work effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Proven knowledge of production processes, equipment, and quality standards.
- In-depth knowledge of production processes, equipment, and quality standards.
- Experience in steel processing


Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience working with slitting machines.
- IATF certification or experience.
