Project Manager, Water Wastewater

We are looking for a Project Manager Waste/Wastewater in our Austin TX office.

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager - Water/Wastewater to lead the planning design and delivery of municipal wastewater infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in wastewater treatment facilities pump stations lift stations collection systems and conveyance infrastructure along with proven experience managing projects clients budgets and multidisciplinary teams.

The Impact Youll Make (Job Responsibilities)

• Manage wastewater infrastructure projects from planning and design through construction.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients stakeholders and project teams.
• Lead project planning scope development budgeting scheduling and resource management.
• Oversee the design and delivery of wastewater treatment plants pump stations lift stations force mains and collection systems.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including civil structural mechanical electrical and process engineers.
• Ensure projects meet quality standards regulatory requirements schedules and budgets.
• Support permitting efforts and coordination with regulatory agencies.
• Provide technical oversight review engineering deliverables and guide project teams.
• Mentor engineers and technical staff while fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Support business development activities including client relationship management proposals and project pursuits.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Civil Environmental or related Engineering discipline.
• 15 years of experience delivering municipal wastewater projects.
• Experience managing wastewater treatment plant pump station lift station and collection system projects.
• Demonstrated success managing project scope schedules budgets and client relationships.
• Strong understanding of wastewater infrastructure planning design and construction.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Texas Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Strong communication leadership and organizational skills.
