The position chairs payments governance forums, leads cross-LOB decisioning, and resolves strategic, funding, and prioritization conflicts to enable consistent, scalable payments capabilities. Extensive expertise in the payments domain, with practical experience across multiple payment rails (ACH, Wires, Cards, RTP).Proven success in developing and executing enterprise-level product strategies and roadmaps in banking or payments environments.Strong cross-functional leadership skills, with experience collaborating across product, technology, operations, and risk teams.Ability to thrive in a matrixed organization, effectively influencing stakeholders at all levels without direct authority.Expertise in product governance and executive decision-making, including prioritization, trade-off analysis, and escalation of critical issues.Deep understanding of payments technology architecture and delivery constraints, with the ability to engage effectively with technology leadership.Experience integrating risk, compliance, and regulatory requirements into product design and strategic decision-making.BOK Financial Corporation Group is a stable and financially strong organization that provides excellent training and development to support building the long term careers of employees.
