Job Summary The QC Lab Technician is an integral part of our Quality Control team based out of our US - Sarasota, FL site. Hourly rate range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50 Location & Schedule Location: US - Sarasota, FL Work Schedule: Monday - Friday (Standard Work hours) Key Responsibilities Prepare media; Set up, operate, clean and maintain equipment at the bench Collect and record experiment samples, perform sample assays, perform data analysis and reporting, and maintain supply stocks Receive, log, and process Diagnostic Kits Accurately and precisely prepare and analyze samples Equipment and glassware cleaning, assembly and sterilization of laboratory equipment Medium preparation, filtration and/or in situ sterilization Equipment maintenance and troubleshooting Execution of experiment and sampling protocols; provide feedback and improve experiment and sampling protocols while using Stock lab supplies and order as necessary to ensure adequate supplies. Write, improve, and maintain Standard Operation Procedures. Document experimental runs by maintaining accurate and thorough lab notebook and electronic documentation Write technical reports to communicate results within team and across departments.
