Responsibilities:

• Client Engagement: Educate clients on enhancing their home's health, safety, and comfort
• Customer Support: Address inquiries and provide essential equipment information
• Team Collaboration: Maintain regular communication with sales coordinators and managers
• Documentation: Thoroughly document each call and job for seamless operations
