Job Summary Paid training and RBT certification assistance provided, no experience necessary! Work Environment: This position is best for someone who loves autonomy. This role involves providing therapy services in the homes of patients, requiring travel within a designated geographic area. The At‑Home teammate works closely with patients and their families to create a supportive and nurturing environment conducive to learning and skill development. At‑Home teammates typically work with one to two patients each day, Monday through Friday, with treatment blocks from 8 am to 12 pm, 1 pm to 5 pm, and 8 am to 5 pm with one hour for transition between patients. Responsibilities Travel to client’s homes (travel within designated area, up to 45 minutes each way). Work autonomously, managing own caseload and ensuring high-quality care. Apply one‑on‑one ABA therapy principles to help children with Autism reach their full potential. Shape skills of children aged 18 months to 12 years. Collect data and implement individualized treatment plans. Collaborate with a team dedicated to core values. Drive personal vehicle to appointments, arriving promptly and focusing fully on the client during sessions. Qualifications Background in childcare, education, behavioral services, or related field (e.g., childcare provider, nanny, preschool teacher, tutor, mental health advocate, Qualified Mental Health Professional, etc.). Passion for working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families. Reliability, valid driver's license, and reliable transportation. A deep commitment to show up every day and provide consistent care. Acceptance of RBT credentialing; certification assistance provided upon hiring. Pay and Benefits Base pay ranges: High School / Associate’s Degree $15.50–$23.50 per hour; Bachelor’s Degree $16.50–$25.50 per hour; Master’s Degree $17.50–$27 per hour. Additional $2.00 per hour premium for in‑home sessions. Mileage reimbursement. Two oil changes per year (up to $50). Promotional and raise opportunities every 6 months. Yearly tenure bonuses.
