Show compassion for others and commit to helping those who need assistance.The LPN/RN provides support and leadership to ensure resident quality of life by assisting with daily living activities and administering medications to residents per physicians’ orders, quality assurance measures, state, federal and corporate regulations, and guidelines.Full-Time 7p-7aQualifications:Adheres to and conveys philosophy of supporting dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and a home-like environment for the residents.Present a professional image & exhibit a manner that is cordial and respectfulCommunicate and maintain positive relationships with employees, residents, and family membersUse integrity, good judgement, and problem-solving skills in making decisionsCompile and maintain accurate reporting as required/requestedPromote a safe and clean working environmentAnswer call lights and requests in a professional timely mannerMaintain confidentiality of all resident information and ensure resident privacyReport observed changes in resident’s condition or behavior promptly to supervisorRecord and communicate appropriately in the resident’s chart and to supervisorOrder and receive medicationsAccurately document medication administrationProvide quality resident care following their individualized care plansAssist residents in making doctor appointments and travel arrangementsAssist with maintaining the care team scheduleLead resident care team by setting a professional exampleAssist in providing proper training to provide the highest quality of care to the residentsLead change of shift meetings, encourage active participation and teamwork within and amongst all shiftsMust be willing to fill open shifts (1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts)Make resident safety and satisfaction a priorityReport to work on-time and ready for the workdayAttend/complete required in-services and other mandatory trainings and meetingsOther duties as assignedRequirements:LPN or RN1-3 years of Healthcare, Assisted Living, Memory Care experience preferredBenefits:Dental insuranceEmployee assistance programFlexible scheduleHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offReferral programVision insuranceWork Location: In personEEO
