Length of Contract: 8 weeks Shift: 8hr shifts
Monday/Wednesday/Friday: start time varies; 7-8am.
Tuesday/Thursday: 10am-6:30pm
Weekend availability required
Hours/week: 40 hours/week
Weekend Requirement Yes – needs weekend availability. Requirement to be discussed on interview Position Details The physical therapist is responsible for evaluation, planning and implementation of treatment with a variety of physical disabilities as prescribed by the referring physician and in compliance with the criteria set forth by the standards of Rochelle Community Hospital and the State of Illinois. Administers and directs administration of physical agents utilized in physical medicine and rehabilitation. The physical therapist is responsible to the Manager of Physical Therapy. Requirements
B.S. degree and certificate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
Licensed to practice Physical Therapy in the State of Illinois.
Member or eligible for membership, in the American Physical Therapy Association.
