As a VAS Line Worker, you will safely fulfill manual orders to include picking, kitting, repairing and restoring cases for value added service. Every day you'll make a tangible impact on the supply chain, helping us deliver excellence across the globe!Pay Range: $15.44 per hourSchedule: Monday - Friday 7:00am- 3:00pmWhat You'll Be Doing:Primary responsibility is manual order fulfillment which may include case or each picking, kitting, lumping, value added services, e-commerce order fulfillment, etc.Repair & Restore: Give damaged products a second chance by reworking and salvaging them for usePerform visual quality checks for correct product, damage, proper quantity, and customer shipping requirementsConfirm specific customer packaging requirements are met to avoid supplier penaltiesCommunicate all product defects or missing inventory to managementFollow specific work instructions and pre-established guidelinesAssist with physical inventoriesWhat We're Looking For:Ability to follow oral and/or written instructions, take coaching well and communicates respectfully with othersAbility to stand 8 to 12 hours per day in a warehouse environmentFollow process to log all product defects or missing inventoryPrevious general work experienceBrings a positive attitude and strong work ethic every dayReliable – we count on you, and so does the teamWork Environment:This job operates in a warehouse environment—where the action happens!CJ Logistics About Statement:At CJ Logistics America, we know that we do our best work when we have an inclusive and diverse team, where we can draw on our different life experiences to help us deliver innovative solutions for our customers.
