Job Description

• Develop Individualized Treatment Approaches: Assess patients' specific needs, crafting personalized therapy plans designed to help them achieve their functional objectives.
• Implement Therapeutic Interventions: Apply evidence-based methods to boost patients' mobility, cognitive abilities, and essential daily activities.
• Engage with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work side by side with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to deliver comprehensive care tailored to each patient.
• Guide Patients and Families: Teach patients and their caregivers about therapeutic techniques to ensure ongoing progress in their home environments.
• Track and Document Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and modify treatment plans as necessary to keep patients on their path toward recovery.

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from a regionally accredited institution.
• Encouragement for continuing education and post-graduate certifications.

Certifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory.
