Dishwasher

This role is essential to the flow of the restaurant. The Dishwasher helps keep the kitchen moving by maintaining clean dishes, cookware, tools, and work areas while supporting a professional, chef-driven environment.

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, and kitchen tools efficiently
• Keep dish station clean, organized, and stocked throughout service
• Support cooks by returning clean equipment quickly and properly
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, drains, trash areas, and dish area
• Take out trash, recycling, and compost as needed
• Sweep, mop, and assist with closing cleaning duties
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department standards
• Handle equipment carefully and report broken items or maintenance issues
• Work with urgency, consistency, and respect for the kitchen team

• Prior dishwashing or restaurant kitchen experience preferred
• Ability to work clean, fast, and organized
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow direction
• Comfortable working nights, weekends, and holidays
• Able to stay calm and focused during busy service
• Respectful team attitude and strong work ethic

• Ability to stand and walk for long periods
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs
• Ability to bend, reach, squat, and move quickly in a busy kitchen
• Comfortable working around hot water, steam, cleaning chemicals, and kitchen equipment
• Ability to work in a wet, hot, and fast-paced environment

Part-time and full-time availability may be considered. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability required.

Hourly pay based on experience.
