Learn more about our amazing organization at .**Position Details:****Title:** Pediatric Audiologist**Schedule:**Monday-Friday 8am-5pmAs part of the Driscoll family, you will provide life-changing care to children by diagnosing and treating hearing disorders. You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, work in both outpatient and inpatient settings, and play a vital role in supporting the auditory health of South Texas’ youngest residents.**Essential Responsibilities*** Perform behavioral evaluations, including VRA, play, and conventional audiometry.* Administer ABRs in inpatient and outpatient settings (Natural Sleep, Sedation, Anesthesia)* Dispense and manage amplification devices including hearing aids, bone conduction hearing devices, and cochlear implants.* Support ENT clinic and other specialty clinics* Provide education to families and other professionals* Maintain detailed clinical documentation and comply with the newborn hearing screening program requirements.* Actively participate in team meetings, process improvement initiatives, and community outreach.**Qualifications*** Master’s degree or doctoral degree (Au.D. or Ph.D.) in Audiology.* Current Texas Licensure as an Audiologist.* Pediatric experience, Cochlear implant experience and ENT clinic exposure, is highly preferred.* CPR certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire).* Strong flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of a dynamic environment.**Compensation & Benefits**We offer competitive salaries with sign-on bonuses and relocation assistance, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement plans, and generous paid time off.
