Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Technician to join our team. As an Automotive Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing various automotive issues. This is a hands-on position that requires strong technical skills and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

- Perform automotive diagnostics to identify and resolve mechanical and electrical issues

- Transmission, automotive, and light truck repairs

- Meet Ford warranty requirements

- Provide excellent customer service by effectively communicating with clients and addressing their concerns

- Utilize power tools and hand tools to complete repairs and maintenance tasks

- Follow service manuals, schematics, and technical specifications to ensure accurate repairs

Requirements

- Completed STARS Competency 10 (Field Service Actions)

- Completed STARS Competency 34 (Electrical Systems)

- Ability to meet Ford warranty requirements

- Strong automotive diagnostic skills

- Proficient in automotive and light truck repair

- Proficiency in transmission repair results in higher hourly rate

- Excellent customer service skills

- Knowledge of power tools and hand tools used in automotive repair

- Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical documentation
