The practice values continuous learning and ethical care in a supportive, client-centered setting.\n\nRole Description The Psychologist will provide individual psychotherapy to adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, and related concerns in a full-time, hybrid role based in Boston, MA, with some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting intake evaluations, developing treatment plans, delivering ongoing therapy sessions, and documenting clinical encounters in a timely, compliant manner. The role involves performing psychological assessments as appropriate, collaborating with other providers when needed, and participating in case consultations or clinical meetings. The Psychologist will maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices in mental health care, contribute to a respectful and inclusive clinical environment, and support clients in setting and reaching realistic therapeutic goals.\n\nQualifications\n\n Strong foundation in Psychology and Mental Health, with the ability to apply evidence-based approaches in clinical practice.\n Clinical skills in Counseling and Psychological Assessment, including intake evaluations, diagnostic formulation, and treatment planning.\n Relevant background in Medicine or behavioral health settings, with comfort collaborating across disciplines when appropriate.\n Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Psychology or a closely related field, with current or eligible licensure as a Psychologist in Massachusetts.\n Experience working with adolescents and adults presenting with anxiety, depression, and/or learning differences such as ADD/ADHD.\n Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills, with a commitment to ethical, culturally responsive, and gender-neutral care.\n Ability to work effectively in a hybrid model, managing both in-person sessions in Boston, MA and telehealth appointments from home.\n Commitment to ongoing professional development, openness to supervision or consultation, and capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.\n
