RN - Case Manager

Registered Nurse Case ManagerThis position is for a Registered Nurse specializing in Case Management. The role is focused on outpatient care within the urology specialty. The work schedule is Monday through Friday from 08:00 to 17:00. Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience. Previous charge nurse experience is preferred. Candidates must be proficient with the EPIC charting system. All required certifications must be maintained and up to date. A CPI Blue Card from the Crisis Prevention Institute must be held at the time of application. The position involves managing a daily census of approximately 120 patients. The individual will work with a range of patients, including adults and geriatrics. The role requires strong interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team setting.
