Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct remote therapy sessions using secure telehealth technology, providing therapeutic support that addresses individual client needs. \n
- Develop, implement, and regularly update personalized treatment plans that align with clients’ therapeutic goals. \n
- Maintain accurate and thorough records of client assessments, progress notes, and treatment interventions adhering to legal and ethical guidelines. \n
- Provide crisis intervention and emotional support when necessary, ensuring clients feel safe and supported during challenging situations. \n
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare providers, including psychologists and primary care physicians, to coordinate holistic care for clients. \n

In your role as an LMFT, you will work with a diverse client population that includes individuals, couples, and families navigating a range of issues such as relationship conflicts, anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field from an accredited institution. \n
- Active state licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Nevada. \n

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport and trust with clients, fostering a therapeutic alliance. \n
- Strong organizational skills and effective time-management capabilities to balance a full caseload of clients while maintaining quality care. \n
