You will align leadership, coordinate improvement initiatives, and embed Lean/Agile practices to drive scalable, repeatable performance. You will coach leaders, orchestrate strategic improvement processes, and help institutionalize AOS throughout the enterprise, partnering with Finance and other functions to deliver #J-18808-Ljbffr
