Job Opportunity: Neuro-Ophthalmologist

Our organization is actively looking for a dedicated ophthalmologist with a specialization in Neuro-Ophthalmology to become part of our full-time team, which includes both subspecialists and general ophthalmologists.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional patient care.
  • Engage in research activities.
  • Teach and supervise residents.
  • Instruct medical students.
Qualifications
  • Completion of an accredited residency in ophthalmology or neurology.
  • Fellowship training in neuro-ophthalmology is mandatory.
  • Candidates with additional skills in comprehensive ophthalmology and/or surgical procedures will be considered.
  • Must be Board certified or eligible.

Compensation & Benefits

The anticipated total annual compensation is approximately $235,000. This figure includes variable compensation and is based on a full-time equivalent (1.0 FTE) work schedule, as detailed in the department's compensation plan. The starting base salary, which varies based on experience and faculty rank, is expected to range from $210,000 to $250,000. Further details regarding compensation will be discussed during the recruitment process.
